In this short teaching you will learn about Bible versions and how they come into being. There are more than 60 English-language versions of the Bible available today to chose from, but two things must be understood before selecting, the source and the reason for publishing. We can divide them into three types:  1) Literal translation 2) thought-to-thought translations and 3) Paraphrase translations. This teaching concentrates mainly on literal translations and ancient manuscripts.
